A Corporate Philosophy on The Mushroom Company Logo

Image: 32

Title: The mushroom Company Logo

The company logo is the company’s identity and customers must be able to recognize a successful company by its logo. The Mushroom Company is successful because its name and logo tells the viewer exactly what the company sells, mushrooms. The design is clean, simple and straightforward. They used two fonts in the design of the logo, a curvy font stating the name of the company and a serif declaring their existence from 1931. The layout of the typography is well-proportioned and easy to read. The colors of the logo are white and purple, creating a high contrast between the white typography on the purple background, making it easy for the viewer to read. The Mushroom Company’s logo is successful because it is a well-recognized logo and portrays the company’s true identity.

A Contemporary Brand on Mushrooms

The Mushroom Company is a mushroom farm and a successful business that has been using the image of a mushroom as their logo since 1931. The Mushroom Company formerly known as The Mushroom Canning Company, is a company that has been around for over 80 years in America. They cultivated over 90% of all the mushrooms consumed by Americas for over 70 years and by 2006 they changed their name from The Mushroom Canning Company to The Mushroom Company. They changed the company’s name because of its success in development, they were no longer a company only producing canned goods but a variety of products.

My 5 Favorite Mushrooms

I chose these 5 mushrooms because I find them visually aesthetic and different to the normal type of mushroom species commonly found.

The Legendary Mushroom Character

 Image: 24

Title: Nintendo Mario Brothers console game

Medium: Screen Shot

The Goomba is an enemy mushroom character in the console game Super Mario World. Goombas are the most common and the easiest enemies to defeat in Super Mario. They can be killed by just jumping on them with your character.

Even though Goombas are the most common enemies in Super Mario World, they were only added to Super Mario Bros just before it got released. The game testers complained that the game’s first enemies where too strong to defeat so the developers responded with Goombas making the game more challenging and fun. Unfortunately the game was too big to add the characters but they soon solved the problem by reducing the Goombas animation to two frames only and by using the same two frames throughout the game.
